The Latte Lounge has joined forces with Stella, the online clinic for menopause care, to create The Latte Lounge + giving you direct access to menopause support. This includes being able to speak to a doctor, HRT and testosterone if eligible and lifestyle support on the Stella app.

How does it work?

Once you have completed your online assessment, we will recommend which treatments will help your symptoms. This may include HRT, if right for you. It costs just £135 for a GP appointment, full access to the app and three months of medication including delivery.

If you’re still having side effects or your symptoms haven’t improved, your medication may need to be adjusted. You can contact our care team at hello@onstella.com or 020 801 62064 to change your medication or ask any questions.

Your first prescription is always for three months. It costs £135 for a repeat prescription, medical review, 90 days of medication and delivery.

You will also get full access to the Stella menopause app. The app offers you a personalised plan with the lifestyle changes that research has shown to be most effective for your specific symptoms. This includes sleep issues, mood changes, weight gain, hot flushes and sweats, brain fog, bladder problems, joint pain and low libido, plus much more.

How do I get testosterone?

You need to be taking HRT with stabilised treatment to be eligible for testosterone. If you get your HRT from the NHS you can still get testosterone from us.

  • Complete the online assessment, indicating that you are interested in testosterone
  • We will email you with next steps and book in a call with our care team
  • We will send you a diagnostic kit by post so you can complete a fingerprint blood test at home
  • Our team will book you an online doctor’s appointment to discuss your results, treatment plan and prescription
  • Your testosterone will be delivered to your address within five business days

You need to be taking HRT with stabilised treatment to be eligible for testosterone. If you get your HRT from the NHS you can still get testosterone from us.

What testosterone is available?

We will explain the different types of testosterone available during your consultation and you can choose what suits you best. We prescribe Tostran, Testogel, Testim and Androfeme.

How much does it cost?

Our testosterone service costs £200 every three months. This includes your diagnostic kit & postage, doctor’s appointment, three months of medication and delivery. This will be displayed as two payments:

  • £65 for testosterone
  • £135 for your consultation and plan

Can I get testosterone with you if I get HRT through the NHS?

Yes, you can get testosterone with us. Our testosterone service costs £200 every three months.

Can I speak to a doctor?

Yes, your initial consultation is a 20-minute online appointment with o one of our doctors. We will email you a few weeks before your medication runs out to invite you to complete an online assessment to see how you are doing. It costs £135 for a repeat prescription, a medical review with a doctor, 90 days of medication and delivery. If you have questions at any time, you can message one of our care team at hello@onstella.com.

How qualified are your doctors?

Our doctors are general practitioners (GPs), gynaecologists or doctors with experience and additional training in women’s health.

How do I get a repeat prescription?

Your first prescription is for three months. We will email you a few weeks before your medication runs out to invite you to complete an online assessment to see how you are doing and book a follow-up consultation.

If your treatment is easing your symptoms, we will renew your prescription for another three months. If you’re still having side effects or your symptoms haven’t improved, we will work with you on a new plan.
