Social Entrepreneur

Breeda Bermingham is a social entrepreneur, menopause coach, author and a psychology and sociology graduate. In 2019, she founded the Midlife Women Rock Project and Cafes in Ireland, where women meet every month to support each other’s menopause journeys. Breeda has a research interest in midlife women. She is a graduate of the Social Entrepreneurs Ireland Academy (SEI), and the author of Midlife Women Rock: A Menopause Story for a New Generation which is out now. A member of the British Menopause Society along with being a member of National Women’s Council of Ireland and Women’s Mental Health Network, She was a participant and contributor to the inaugural Women’s Health Task Force Ireland(2020). Breeda is a mum of four and on a mission to disrupt the way menopause has been framed for decades.
